Als je wilt vluchten uit Liberty City staat opeens Vinnie's vluchtauto met al het geld erin in de brand. Opeens zit elke politieagent achter je aan.Je besluit nog niet Liberty City uit te gaan omdat je eerst wilt wraak nemen op de moordenaars van Vinnie en natuurlijk iedereen die hier achter zat.Kenmerken:
