help ! MTA Server werkt niet...

hallo,

ik ben gister begonnen aan het maken van een mta server (met wachtwoord) voor mij en m'n vrienden. ik heb een administrator en supermoderator toegevoegd en alle nodige poorten open gezet, maar ik ben bang dat ik iets vergeten ben of dat er iets niet klopt... ik ben niet zo handig met servers en computers... een vriend wou inloggen op mijn server maar hij kon er niet in en in de browser kon hij mijn server niet vinden... Please help !! als hier mensen zijn die eerder een multi theft auto server hebben gemaakt, zouden jullie me alsjeblieft een duidelijke uitleg willen geven en alle stappen willen vertellen zodat ik er misschien achter kom wat er mis is gegaan. ik heb alle 3 de nodige poorten getest en volgens mn server panel zijn ze open. ik hoop van iemand te horen.
